What is a decal?
A decal is a solid color vinyl material that has been digitally cut out in the shape of a particular design, text, or logo. It will come sandwiched in between a backing liner and an application tape.
How do I install my decal?
1. Clean the surface of the object that you want to apply the decal to with an alcohol based cleaner or straigh isopropyl alcohol.
2. Position the decal on the surface, measure if necessary, then tape along the entire top edge of the decal application tape so it is secured to the surface.
3. Use the tape as a hinge and flip the decal over itself, tape down if necessary.
4. Remove the liner CAREFULLY to ensure all of the decal stays adhered to the application tape.
5. Using a misting spray bottle, apply water to the surface and the now exposed backside of the decal. (You can use a soap/water mixture if you need a more forgiving install).
6. Grab both corners of the decal (opposite of the taped side) and bring the decal carefully down to the surface. You should hold tension on the decal the entire time as to not touch the surface until the bottom of the decal is all the way stretched out to the full size of decal.
7. Apply pressure to the decal through the application tape with a squeegee to adhere it to the surface. You may need to squeegee several time to remove the water.
8. Give the water some time to dry then slowly remove the application tape directly back from the decal. Leaving only the decal on the surface.
9. Finish your installation by squeegeeing out any leftove water and carefully adjusting any issues that may have occur.

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
Decals orders ship from Virginia, USA and addressed from our parent company ProVinyl Co.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it.
What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at sales@provinylco.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at sales@provinylco.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at sales@provinylco.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Returns
What’s your return policy?
If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at sales@provinylco.com! Some times USPS is not very careful with packages BUT have no fear as vinyl does not damage from beat up packaging. It will install perfectly fine even if there are crinkles. We generally will not expect a return due to damage, rather we would just send a replacement.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at sales@provinylco.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
